You just found your new favorite cookie! We're Bee's Knees, a cottage bakery based in Adel, IA, with a passion for creating BIG, beyond-delicious cookies in varieties ranging from elevated classics to bold, flavor-forward combinations. Always from scratch, our handcrafted cookies are packed with quality ingredients. Weighing at least 5.5 ounces pre-baking, our cookies are big enough to share—not that you'll want to!

Bee's Knee's cookies make amazing gifts and they always hit the spot at events, whether it's a birthday or a business meeting. But you don't need an "occasion" to enjoy our cookies. They're a perfect anytime.

Even more popular than our standard monster cookie! A creamy peanut butter center is enveloped by extra-loaded monster cookie dough: peanut butter and chocolate chips, Reese's Pieces, M&Ms, and chopped peanut butter cups.
Puppy chow
These may be as addictive as the snack mix! Peanut butter chocolate chip cookie filled with crunchy, house made Puppy Chow and dusted with powdered sugar.
Salted caramel Twix
Rich shortbread dough is loaded with chunks of Twix. Each cookie is hand-dipped, first in our homemade caramel sauce followed by smooth milk chocolate.
