You just found your new favorite cookie! We're Bee's Knees, a cottage bakery based in Adel, IA, with a passion for creating BIG, beyond-delicious cookies in varieties ranging from elevated classics to bold, flavor-forward combinations. Always from scratch, our handcrafted cookies are packed with quality ingredients. Weighing at least 5.5 ounces pre-baking, our cookies are big enough to share—not that you'll want to!

Bee's Knees Classics
Almond sugar
Reminiscent of an almond croissant. Our almond sugar cookies have a super gooey, frangipane center.
Biscoff
These gooey cookies are brimming spiced caramel flavor. Biscoff spiced cookie dough studded with vanilla chips and crushed Biscoff, drizzled with housemade caramel sauce.
Buckeye brownie
The beloved peanut butter and chocolate candy in cookie form. Fudgy brownie cookie base layered with creamy peanut butter filling and chocolate ganache.
Double chip chocolate chip
A fan favorite. Our buttery brown sugar dough is loaded with dark and semi sweet chocolate chips, finished with a twist of sea salt.

Oreo cookies and cream
These super soft cookies get their crunch from big chunks of Oreos. White chocolate chips add the perfect sweet cream touch.
